FASHIONABLE TIMES Principal's Message 11.1

This Monday is a ‘First Monday’ schedule where students will start school later and be dismissed from school early so that our staff can meet in teacher teams for professional development.  Students who begin school 1^st period will start at 8:30 am.  Students who begin school 2^nd period will start at 9:09 am.  Students who finish school after 8^th period will be dismissed at 1:43 pm.  Students who finish school after 9^th period will be dismissed at 2:22 pm.

An additional reminder is that there is no school for students on Tuesday for Election Day.

This past week you should have received a text from our School Messenger service that asked you if you wanted to receive texts from the school.  I urge all families to opt-in to this text messaging service because this feature can serve as an efficient tool to keep you up to date with important events and reminders.  We promise to not overuse this feature and only use the text messages for important reminders.

Make sure you are consistently checking Jupiter Grades to get updates on your child’s performance in their classes.  In addition, you can receive progress reports and important announcements from teachers if your email is connected to the Jupiter Grades system.  If you have not already done so, please connect your email to Jupiter Grades.
